Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of your item(s). Please note that during some sales or promotions, production time may increase. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. We ship via First Class USPS. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority shipping at checkout and we will do our best to expedite production. 

Broken Angels Design is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If your package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
