I'm a Radiology Technologist , and I started Broken Angels Design during the pandemic. While working at the hospital, the world seemed to be falling apart, and so many people were hurting. After caring for those around me, I went home and found solace and creative expression in jewelry making.
Naming the business "Broken Angels Design" felt natural, as it honors the resilience of the people I cared for—those who, despite their pain, showed strength and beauty.
I blend traditional and contemporary techniques to create unique, handcrafted sterling silver pieces. For example, I specialize in forging, where I shape metal through controlled hammering, giving each piece a distinct texture and form.
Common responses when my girlfriend wears my jewelry: “What a clever design. I haven't seen that before,” or “That's unique. How'd you come up with that?" I take standard designs - such as the Barrel Weave, Persian Weave or Chain Link – and use my imagination to elevate them.
